To oversee the daily operations of the accounting function, and ensure implementation of established accounting policies and procedures in assigned countries around the Middle East region.

Job description
Reviews and audits all company transfers and transactions recorded in the accounting system according to the IFRS, and takes action on discrepancies if seen.
- Audits expenses coming from the region and ensures correct entry into the implemented systems.
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly cash flow.
- Verifies and authorizes agents’ and distributors’ commission payments, while reporting on deviations if seen.
- Verifies annual income tax and social security provisions for company and employees ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Controls the fixed assets in the region.
- Evaluates and recommends improvements to all accounting processes and controls, in accordance with company internal control procedures.
- Supports and coordinates the external audit and works with controllers to identify and resolve audit issues.
Education
Bachelor degree in Accounting
